How we are...

Well, as some of you may or may not know, our computer is on the fritz! To use the words of the Best Buy guy, "Your Motherboard is dead". He compared it to a head gasket on a car, you can still use it, but it's only a matter of time. So, because of that our camera is having problems connecting to the computer, so I have not been able to post pictures lately! But, that does not mean I cannot tell you how we are doing!

Sam is doing well in school. He is still maintaining his wonderful Friday spelling tests. We still cannot get over that our little boy is spelling and reading! He is very anxious for baseball to start at the end of May. Time is going too slow! :) He is constantly asking when we can go bowling, or to the park, or..just being active! He made me a beautiful and touching card for Mother's day, I cried. I am sure that won't be the last time I do that!  We are debating when to do Sam's birthday party, we are thinking the weekend before school ends, so this way he can invite his classmates. One of the perils of having a summer birthday is he doesn't get to do that, so we might just start that this year. He wants to go to Eagles Nest, which is a play building where they have jumpy houses, and indoor playgrounds. He went there for a party recently, and so now he wants his there. Of course! :) We have also been talking about getting a bike for him, his John Deere one is WAY too small for him. So, (hint hint grandpa and grandma Lori!) he does need that. :-)

Jack Jack is also doing great! Pre School is almost over. :( But, he is looking forward to next year. We recently had a mother's day tea, and he and his classmates put on a show for all of us. He was dancing and doing ALL the words! I was SO proud of him. This week he gets to do a field trip to Como Zoo. He is very much looking forward to that. He also is looking forward to T-ball starting. Both boys are in swimming lessons now, and both are are doing well. Jack is in them for the first time, and he IS doing well considering, but they just have some concerns about his confidence with floating, so he might be held back again, but that's perfectly ok! They are both having a blast.

Avery is also doing well! Our little girl is getting bigger everyday. At her 6 month appt on April 28th, she was 15pds1oz. The Dr. was very happy at her progress. She's is a perfect breastfed baby were his words! lol. She also gets smarter everyday. She hasn't rolled over yet, but its only a matter of time. She LOVES her brothers. In fact, right now she is LAUGHING at her brother Jack who is dancing for her. I cannot think of a better sound in this universe than her laughing. She is being picky lately on her sleeping, but we are dealing! She is on solid baby food now, and she eats that right up. We are heading home to Iowa this weekend to baptize Avery, we are busy planning for that. Her dress comes today, DRESS! Can you believe it? I still can't get over we have a girl! :-) So, I hope you can all make it.

We have big news too! We are pregnant! HAHAHAHAHA. That's funny. (The store is closed, thank you very much!)

Sorry, I couldn't resist. We are moving to Blaine. (again). Joe and I found a house in Blaine for rent, and it's perfect! It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house and it has all the room we need. So, moving day is July 1! So excited to get in there and paint and make it our own.

So, that is about the skinny of it. We are hardly ever home, we are always busy and on the the go. I'm sure it will just get more and more busy as they get older. I am not sure why they call it stay at home moms, we are never home!

Some random thoughts...

I haven't been taking a lot of pictures lately, I just have not been thinking! Bad mama! But, I do have a few random pictures that I have taken. This week we went to get fitted and buy new bike helmets for the year. Turns out, Jack has the same size head as Sam! :) Here they are showing them off.

Sam has red bolts, and Jack has skull and crossbones. ("Just like the skateboarders, mom!")

Of course I had to take pics of Avery too. She's getting so big! 5.5 months already!

Hi everyone!

Last weekend, we had 8 or 9 kids outside playing baseball! The boys sign up this weekend. They can't wait!

Jack the turtle man

Jack and I have been loving going to the Children's Museum lately. We were there 2 times this week! He discovered this turtle where, in the last 4 thousand times we have been there, he had never seen this turtle! So cute.

Nickelodeon World!

We recently went to Nickelodeon World at the Mall of America to celebrate the kids being on spring break. The boys had a blast.

Against my better judgement I will post this picture of us on the water log. I look hilarious! ha! It was fun.

I let both boys go on this ride, where they shoot zombies! Thought they would both love it, but I sometimes forget that Jack is only 4. They came out, and Jack was NOT happy! He cried. Poor kid! I have scarred him for life.

But, he was laughing soon enough, while they waited for the spongebob pineapple jumpy.

We decided to get something to eat at the Rainforest Cafe. This is what Avery did.

Best part of the kids getting older, they are easily entertained while we wait for our food. Jack plays angry birds on daddy's phone.

While Sam plays word search on what they provide. We had a wonderful time there, and we will go back. Once a year, maybe! :-)

Auto show 2009. I got teary eyed. It's amazing the difference 2 years make.

But, we like this convertible better. It's more expensive. :-)

But the best part of all? A cool race car to sit in!

Spelling Genius!

Samuel Edward has for the past 4 weeks received a perfect spelling test! Every Thursday night, we work on the words, and he has really gotten the knack for spelling! I wonder where he gets that from?! (I was a spelling bee champ in elementary school.) Joe and I could not be any prouder. Both of the boys got glowing reviews from their teachers at conferences this week.

Strike!

This weekend we went bowling again. Here at the Limuti house, we bowl a lot because we love it! I grew up with it, and we really want to teach the kids to do it and have fun.

First video is of Jack bowling. There was a cute one of Sam, but I cannot get it to load. I will keep working on that! Of course, they do not have proper form, but we will work on that! :) We have lots of fun. <> I cannot get this picture to delete, so you get it twice! HA!

After either one throws, they both are up there looking to see how they did. One of the rules is to never turn your back on your ball. Look at that strike?!



Avery watched us too! The boys ran over to her every time they were done. Too cute.

Whats funny, is that they both pretty much bowl the exact same scores. They get into the 80's! With bumpers of course.
