BFF's

As everyone should know by now, our boys are BFF's with the Enke boys. Here are some pictures from the last week or so.
The Gang!! Jack, Eli, Hayden, and Sam. The Boys are back! We went on the AdoptAWalk with the Enke's and extended family. We walked all around Lake Nokomis, (3.1 miles) and we had a great time! We were "Team Hayden" and we all were there to support Hayden and Adoption. We are a good looking group, huh?
The BFF's got tattoo's during the event and here they are showing them off. Hayden has Nemo and Sam got Spongebob Squarepants.

Fun filled Iowa

Thursday we made our way to Iowa for a fun filled weekend with the families. Here we started out, making our way to grandma's house.
Ready to go!
I think this picture is hilarious. They were trying to look through the fence at the neighbors that were outside. It was only for like 10 seconds, but I got it!
Grandma got Jack a big wheel, and Sam a little bike. They had a great time on the "track"! Then, of course we had to hike through the tons of acres that grandma lives on, here is everyone making their way along the trail to the creek!
Then, we made our way to Grandpa's house for a day of the Anderson family picture, a BBQ, and time with family. We had a great time!
Here is Raena, Great Grandma, and Rhyan with the adorable Parker.
Hi Grandpa!
Parker and Great Grandma. Do they look alike?
And then the highlight of the weekend for the boys. Grandpa got the tractor out and gave the boys rides for a long time! They were in Heaven. How cool is that!?
We have a ton of pictures, but here are two. And of course a video!

Then, we had to go play basketball of course! Grandpa has a full length basketball court on the farm, so we spent a lot of time doing that! Here is my budding basketball player Sam having fun with daddy.
Then, having fun with mama!
Isn't he cute? Next Michael Jordan? He is going to be 6'4 you know!
I love this picture. Waiting for the ball.
I love this picture of Grandpa and Parker checking each other out.
Aunt Rhyan, Aunt Teresa, and Uncle Hoppe. Great picture!
Aunt Rhonda and Uncle Mike. They have been together forever! Aren't they a cute couple?
My kids are in LOVE with their Aunt Kelsi. She played basketball with them the entire time and just did everything they love. She was amazing! Good luck to her going to graduate school in Connecticut! We love you!
Daddy and Jack. Grandpa and Grandma Lori have a dog named Hogan, and they entire time we were there Jack would not go anywhere without looking to see where he was. He was terrified of him! So, he was always on the lookout.
Isnt this a good picture? Mama, Jack, Aunt Rhyan and beautiful Parker.
We closed out the weekend having breakfast with everyone before we all went our seperate ways. Here is a great picture of Nana and Parker.

All in all it was a great weekend! I think it will take awhile before we all recover! As soon as we get all the pictures back from the professional I will post ASAP. I cannot wait to see them! I think we all looked so good! :0)

Take Sam to work day

Joe had to deliver a car today on his day off, so he decided to take Sam with him. Last year, we had some shirts made for Fathers day, so he has a Saturn shirt like daddy, so he was dressed for work and off they went! Just like daddy!Sam got to do everything that daddy does for a delivery, wash the car, do the walk around, and some other VERY important chores. Daddy said he did an excellent job!

Random pictures

Here are just a few random pictures that I really like...I just think the look on Sam's face and pose is just really funny! Its like hes contemplating the world...Yesterday, I went back into the bedroom, and here is Jack watching the Wiggles. Oye, vey. Hand down the pants and everything. (It was wash sheets and blankets day, FYI. LOL)

Mothers Day

Mothers Day was a wonderful day! Joe arranged for us to go to Stillwater for a picnic. We found a great park with a great eating area, and of course a cool playground for the kids. It was a little chilly but halfway through the sun was peeking through the clouds, so it was great! Here are some pictures from the playground.
Swings are always a big hit. Higher!!Jack always laughs a lot on the swings.I love this pic of Jack smiling. Jack getting ready to go down the slide. Can you believe that hes going to be 5 next month???!! So handsome.
Of course I had to take one of us. I cant remember the last time we have had one of us!
We then went down to the river and walked along to look at the boats and the water.
Happy Mothers day to me! I am so unbelievably lucky to have these 2 wonderful kids. Here are my boys walking along..Under the bridge. Isnt he so handsome? We then stopped at a ice cream type place and had some ice cream cones while we watched one of our favorite singers sing. Also played some games! It was a wonderful, fabulous day.

Conversations with Jack Pt 1.

We were out at a restaurant on Friday, and Jack really likes to point out babies when we are around them. There was another couple seated not to far from us, and they had a newborn baby. Well, Jack was pointing at the baby and saying, "Baby!" "Baby!" and smiling. He loves seeing them. He was looking at me and thinking that it was the best thing ever.

I then asked him, "Jack, do you want a baby brother or sister someday?" Thinking that he would love it since he loves babies.

He looks at me like I have said the worst thing ever and says...

"NO!" "I am the baby!!"

I think Jack will make a great middle child, don't you? :0)
