New Haircuts!

We got new haircuts today. Here are a few pics.
Here is Samuel. He likes to squint when he poses, so I say "Open your eyes!" and this is what I get. This is how hard it is to take a picture of Jack. I took a zillon before I finally got...This one! I hit the jackpot!Sam always tries to get into the picture. Jack was just trying to run away from me!

Meeting Cousin Parker!

We finally made it to North Liberty to see Aunt Rhyan, Uncle Hoppe and Cousin Parker!Here is Uncle Joe and the boys holding Cousin Parker. Notice Murphy is in the picture too!Isnt she beautiful?Cousin Sam finally got to hold Parker!Look at those precious eyes!

Kendall Young, new present, and swimming!

Then we went to Kendall Young Park and did some wading in the water! Joe was trying to teach the boys how to skip rocks! Jack was kicking the water. It was very slick!Then Sam was!Daddy was trying to teach Jack, but he just picked them up and threw them in! At least he tried!

Then, we went to visit Grandpa at his farm, and he had a birthay present for Sam! We were so NOT expecting what came out!

A BRAND NEW BIKE! Wow! He was so amazed! Its a John Deere, and he still cant get off of it! He LOVES it!He got on and rode all over! He even fell down, but picked himself right back up and got on again.Grandpa and Jack watching Sam.He had to have attention too!Isnt it great!?

Then, we went to the swimming pool in WC and we had a blast! The boys loved swimming, and it was a great way to spend the afternoon.Sam grinning!Isnt he cute?

Vacation time!

I will just go day by day and show you some pictures of what we did while we were on vacation. The first day we went to Boone to stay with Grandma and Milt. The boys love getting rides on the lawn mower. Here are a few. Jack Jack was just wandering all over the place. So many things to see!

Then we went to my cousin Dan's wedding in Panora. Oddly, I didnt get pics of the bride and groom, I was too busy getting pics of the boys!

This isnt a great pic, but it just shows you that trying to get a picture of Jack is near impossible.

On the other hand, Sam loves to smile for pictures because he cant wait to see the result!Here is Aunt Raena. Smiling as always.

Vacation time!

We are currently on a fun family vacation throughout Iowa and we will return soon! I will take lots of pictures to let everyone know what a fun time we are having! We are especially excited to see our new niece and the boy's new cousin! See you soon!

Happy Birthday Cami!

Today is Cami Jo Enke's birthday! I tried to make it a little special for her, we had lunch and we got her a cake, along with some flowers. We cant take pictures without the 2 big boys! Aren't they adorable?Isn't she cute?!Happy Birthday, Allie. We hope you have special day and a wonderful year!

Welcome to the world Cousin Parker!

Today, July 6, 2008 at 4:19 am weighing 7 pds, 4 ozs, and 20 inches long Parker Helen Hoppe came into this world. She is a beautiful girl that looks exactly like her daddy. We are so happy for you Rhyan and Brian! We cant wait to see you in a week and a half! We are counting down the days. I even got Jack to say Parker!

The pictures come from a camera phone, so I cant make them bigger, but I will post better ones when I get them. Doesnt Rhyan look radiant?!

Happy 4th of July!

Happy Fourth! We went to the Coon Rapids fireworks like we do every year, and we had a great time! Here are some from my camera, Cami also took some, which I can post later.A picture of Jack actually being still!

Hoppe Family!

This Saturday, my sister and brother-in-law are going to have a baby! Rhyan was due last Saturday, and the doctor has given the ok to induce labor this Saturday if the little peanut does not come before then. We are so excited for her! We just know that she is going to have a fabulous labor and it will be very, very easy! We dont know the sex, but everyone has their guess! The Limuti family is going to guess a......BOY! (But, we are secretly wanting a girl, but of course, we just want a healthy baby!)

I changed the picture to this one. Isnt she cute?! Based on this picture, (4 days overdue) she just might be having a girl! We will see. Good luck this weekend, Rhyan and Brian, to a healthy and beautiful baby! We love you.
