Happy Easter!

This week we had the pleasure of dyeing Easter eggs! Sam kind of remembers last year, so he is finally getting what fun it is to do the eggs, and have the Easter bunny come. I am also telling a little of what Easter is really about, but he still doesn't get that part too much yet. Next year. Anywho! Jack had just woken up, so he wasn't in the best of moods, but he got better. By the time Sam was done, his fingers were permanently black! from the dye. But, it was all good fun. We did a good baker's dozen. All Sam has been able to talk about is how excited he is for the Easter bunny to come and hide his eggs so he can find them! He has never looked forward to going to bed as he is today! :0)0

Here we are just starting....Jack still doesn't look happy....Sam loved watching the colors get darker and darker...he was disappointed with the orange, it didn't get as dark as he wanted, since it is his favorite color!What a cute smile, huh?The finished product. Not the best, but they sure were done with a lot of fun! Here is a short video...................................
