#4!

As I have said before, Mr. Sam is the type to just have his teeth sit and be there until they litterly fall out. This past weekend was no exception. Every time Sam would eat something he would come running to me crying because his tooth hurt. Blood and everything. Sure enough couple of hours later, out it comes. The reason? His big adult tooth is coming down! I have a feeling this is going to be the way it will be for the rest. I was always the type to wiggle, wiggle until it FINALLY came out! But, he is always happy to have it out because that means the tooth fairy comes!

It just changes his whole appearance! I was hoping his other front tooth would come out also, then he would really look different! (and cute!) :)

We are back in business!

The Limuti blog is now back in business! I will now be updating as much as I can. I have to figure out how to get my pictures from my phone to the computer. I think it should be fairly easy...we will see! :)

I hope everyone is doing well. The kids are back in school, and so far so good! They are getting used to new schools. Sam is now at Jefferson Elementary in the 2nd grade. His teacher is Mrs. Parezik. He is learning how to read time, and his math work is great! We read every single night, and it amazes me how good he is at it! Jack is at Peace Lutheran Pre-school in the Pre-K program 2 days a week. His teacher is Mrs. Pramann. Mrs. Pramann is also Wanda at Lifetime! We work together and Jack is having a hard time wondering what to call her! lol. I think the other night she was Mrs. Wanda. :) Avery is not in school obviously, but she is doing well. She is now crawling all over the place, and is quite fast! She's starting to realize that you can start pulling herself up, so I think that is the next milestone. Her top 2 front teeth are coming down, and that is always fun to watch.

I am working 3 days a week at Lifetime, and that is keeping us very busy. Joe is also very busy, he has had a very busy summer. Let's hope that continues throughout the winter! We are loving our new house. Loving the room, the neighborhood, and the overall feeling that we belong here! We are still in awe that Avery is going to be a year old next month, this year has gone very, very quickly. We are looking forward to her one year pictures, which will also be family pictures, and that is always fun!

Here is to a wonderful fall/winter. Fall has always been my favorite time of year, and this year will be no exception! Now, to figure out what the kids will be for Halloween.....
Here are some pictures from recently...This is all I have, we are still in the process of transferring pictures...
First day of pre-school at Peace Lutheran!

Mrs. Pramann, aka Mrs. Wanda.

Isnt he cute?!

 Sam too!

Where, Oh Where, Have the Limuti's gone?!

Just wanted to drop a quick note to everyone and say we are still here! Computer dying makes me run for the hills and far, far away from it. Hopefully soon, we will have a solution and me posting away again.

We are done with baseball, and just enjoying the summer. We started back at work again July 5, and we are getting in the swing of that. Sam starts school Sept.6, and Jack starts about a week later. Hard to believe its that time again, as we are having to gear up and get school supplies and new clothes (and new sizes!) already. Avery is growing like a weed. She is 17pds, 14ozs, and 27.5 inches long as of yesterday. She is in the 40%, as she is a breastfed baby, he says she is "perfectly proportioned" and is very happy where she is. She is working on 5! teeth, but you would never know! :) She also had her finger pricked yesterday to check hemoglobin, and I held her thinking she was going to scream her little head off. Nuh-uh. The nurse did it, and Avery just looked at her like, Hey! What the heck? Didn't even faze her. She just wanted to band aid off! :) We have a tough girl on our hands! (I think she has to be with 2 big brothers!)
We are heading to North Liberty in about a week to see our handsome little new nephew and cousin Anderson Douglas. I cannot WAIT! I am so excited to see him. This will be our vacation for the year, so its nice to look forward too.
I will leave you with a few pics. Hope everyone enjoys the rest of your summer!

Day on the Boat!

This past Sunday, we were fortunate to be invited by Andrea and Mike to go out on Lake Minnetonka on their "new" boat! I can't remember the last time we had this much fun! The weather was perfect, the company was awesome and the baby LOVED it! :) I told them we would like to come out every Sunday!

Evan and Sam. Evan is a pro on that boat. :)

Jack "testing" the waters with Brennen.

Must of passed the test, because he got right out there! He was having a blast floating around. Sam didn't want to go out at this time, but by the end of the ride he would have jumped! He just needs to think about it for awhile.

Avery had a terrific time! She loved everything about it, she didn't even mind the cumbersome life jacket! (Couldn't get the pic to turn!)

Jack and Avery

Daddy and Jack very much enjoying the ride!

Mama and Avery

Sam enjoying his Pringles. :)

Our beautiful and wonderful hostess. Andrea has been my best friend for 15 years now. I love her very much! Brennen, Brianna and Evan too. :) Mike has fit right in, we love him too! What a team!

When can we go out again, mama?!

Baseball!

Well, its summer time, and you know what that means! Baseball! The boy's have been looking forward to this for a very long time. They are always at the park practicing with daddy, and constantly asking me when they start! So, after a few practices and picture day, we had our first game. First up is Jack who is in T-ball this year. I can't help but laugh alot because the boys just all take turns and hit the ball off the T, and run the bases. Most of the boys have no idea what to do, and run aimlessly around the field. But, they are only 4 years old. :) Jack of course knows exactly what to do! They don't bother trying to get boys out, etc. But, when he gets the ball he wants to throw to first base! :)

Jack is on the Royals! He LOVES to play. He played 2nd base.

Getting ready to bat!

Plotting strategy.

Look at the ball go!

On to first base! He ran all the bases like a pro!

Then, it was Sam's turn! Sam is on the Twins this year.

Sam also played 2nd base! Sam is a very good player! Very aware of what is going on, and wants to play the whole field! :)

Look at that stance!

Here comes the ball! Sam had 2 line drives. Great hitter!

Leading WAY off of first!

Our 2 boys after a hard day of awesome games!
There are games every Tuesday and Thursday's thru June and July. Most of time the games are at the same time, different fields! So, I will be one busy mama! But, that's what I signed up for mmm?

"Best Birthday Party Ever!!"

Last weekend Sam had his 7th birthday party! We decided to have it early (his actual birthday is June 29th) because he wanted to share with his classmates. So, that meant before school let out. We had it at the Mermaid, (where we got married!) and we had a great time bowling. We had 14 kids bowling at one time. It was a little chaotic, but I think we handled it just fine. Cami was there to help me out (THANK GOD!) and I think the kids had a great time. I think Sam was a little overwhelmed with all the kids there, but he just bowled and had a good time. He loved the cake, and got some great presents.

Daddy pretty much took care of Avery. She also had a great time grabbing everything in sight! :)

Alot of watching the screens for the crazy scenes playing out.

Had some great pizza and pop!

Avery did some dancing for everyone.

Great cake from Costco!

This is when we all sang HaPpY BiRtHdAy to Sam!

I think he opened presents in like 2 seconds flat!

This is the thank you card that was sent out to everyone that came. This was the best shot!
All in all, it was a great time had by everyone. Sam was very happy, and of course, wants to have a party every year now! He is a little confused about NOW he is 7? HA! What will we do on his ACTUAL birthday?!  Thankfully, Dad has it off, and I am sure we will do something very fun for him. It still astounds us that our first born is already 7 years old. It really DOES seem like yesterday he was born. He passed first grade with flying colors, and we are ready to keep up with his reading and writing over the summer also. Here is to a great summer!
